ViGlance is a light and free tool to change the usual XP taskbar for that of Windows 7, visually more modern, almost transparent, and one that reminds you of Vista. This way the user can have the effectiveness of XP and the look of Windows 7. Just pass the mouse over each icon in the taskbar to notice the difference. ViGlance affects none of the internal functioning of your XP. Just run the file and then you`ll soon have a new taskbar, ready to use. In case the user doesn`t want this taskbar anymore, it is quickly deleted in the Control Panel. It also includes keyboard shortcuts. If you want to try a new look in your Windows XP, try ViGlance. It won`t cost you a thing.
